 solar powered LEDs ?????????

thinking mite use LEDs for my nxt grow looking threw ebay i came up with an idea that solar power running the LEDs would be nice
BUT
would it work
found these items thought they mite go together any1 any views or thoughts on this as i am clueless on if will work lol

I'm no electrician but if the panel, batt, and inverter work they way they say, it should work fine. As for if leds are any good to grow with, i wouldn't know i've never used them. but if the lights in the right spectrum and u have enough lumes i'd think they would work fine.
