More light is generally better than less   If your not concerned about adding the cost of electric they rally cant hurt!

As long as electric and heat aren't problems there is no harm in it.

In order to grow good weed you need to be part carpenter, electrician, plumber, biologist, geneticist, chemist, and very willing to get dirty.

I've been working with power tools since I was 8, my dad is an electrical engineer who owned a 280 gal fish tank, and I studied biology with a specialty in genetics. Getting dirty comes naturally. I think my parents inadvertently trained me to be a weed grower.

See what you think on my first try.

your friend gave you the lights because you needed it I use 3 600watt HPS for a 5×10 growspace and as for your momma just carefully cut the buds off and put her directly into 24hr veg

I live in the mtns. of southern california and growing is a great passion of mine I grew up with my dad growing until I was 10 but the DEA ended that but growing just seemed like the natural path to follow growing up around people doing the same things my parents were.Intrepedation from law enforcement prevented me from persuing this for years but after 3 autoimmune diseases that are all severly painful I decided to provide myself and others in debilitating disabilitys the best product that I can to help all in pain or not shit all of us need mental health days right

To be honest it wouldn't hurt to add those lights.
As far as making a difference in yield with so little time left, I'd guess 5 to 20 grams more by adding them now.
