 Encrypted my hard drive. What else can I do for safety?

Since I will be doing some gray market online business, possibly, in the future, and while I was in Canada I don't want to have any 'problems'. I hear they are cracking down on file sharing and it's a $500 fine, so I encrypted my up down on my torrents, as much as it offers on the basic encryption.
The real reason was probably because if I got stopped at customs and they started going through my computer - I wouldn't want them to be looking at the wife's pictures - she's mine and I'm a jealous fuck.
Then I encrypted my entire hard drive and backups with a 256 bit AES encryption and a lengthy password.
Using Peer Guardian now, too. I haven't moved up to proxies, yet, since I don't know of any that wouldn't effect my speed that much, nor how to use them for my browser, nor do I want to pay.
So...
What else should I have for security?

no kiddy porn please, my advise is only for online drug/hacking/whatever else.
use tor for proxies

the best easiest client to use in my opinion
for torents i always just get on a neighbors wireless. that's the safest way for file sharing imo. if you have to drive to a starbucks, panera, or any place that has public wifi. just go wardriving.
i'm also going to PM you some info that might help as far as personal security on your computer/online, etc.

pm should help.
some of the progs i listed are overkill i think, but i use most of them.
i don't use peerguardian because it fucked up my computer. there was a version with a virus in it or something going around recently so if you do download do one of those crc checksums on it or w/e they are called. i'm a little out of it right now so i'm gonna pass out. cya.

No, it's not CP.
It's basically just keeping my personal stuff safe from being spread out. Nothing illegal.
Then the other part of it is file sharing, for the most part. As well as a potential business in tax-less export of questionable goods. (not drugs, guns, knives or anything dangerous)
I'm going to go over the list you sent in the next few days and I'm sure it'll help a lot. Thanks.
