If present, extra nipples tend to be found above the waist.
Between one to five per cent of the human population are believed to suffer from the condition, which is clinically referred to as supernumerary breast tissue.
Medical staff believe the 4cm nipple's appearance so far down the body, in this case, is a total one off.
The researchers found a well-formed nipple surrounded by areola and hair and further microscopic examination of the dermis showed hair follicles, ecrine glands and sebaceous glands.
The woman said that it had been there since birth and that it caused her no pain. -- THE STAR/ANN

How does one "suffer" from an extra nipple? i mean i understand, it might be of an annoyance at times, but really? "suffer from this condition" 
and it looks like a mole to me.

Nipples can be sensitive, so I imagine walking on one would get uncomfortable after awhile.
