when to take seedlings out of dome?

I've got a couple seedlings going, and one of them is a few inches tall, but I noticed the tiny little leaves are starting to brown, so i'm wondering if I need to take it out of the dome now. How mature do they have to be to survive without the humidity?

I'd say that's enough, you might also want to put it in soil/medium of choice now.
EDIT: also looks quite streched, might want to get the lights a bit closer.

Yes they're ready for that move. Also like ninja cat 09 said get the light closer to avoid streching any more.
