I've read the whole series twice, love the books so much. The movies were always a bit of a let down but I usually check them out once they get to DVD, might spring for a cinema viewing since this is the last one though

IMO after the 4th one it took a more "adult" turn. I mean, they did still try to keep it OK for children, but the movies got a little more serious.
Its crazy to think the first movie came out when I was in 4th grade. Maybe 5th. Summer between I think. Almost sad to see it go.

I read some of the books 
and when i was little i enjoyed the movies.
But The deathly hallows part 1 and 2 are just amazing, since they are totally different than the other ones.
