i am a young kid too, i make 7.50 an hour and i still manage to buy dank. its not like i have that much money, but i set my priorites, and dank weed is one of them. whatsup with the negativity? I'm just sharing an idea, and a damn good one i think. open you mind to others and good things will happen try it.

It must be nice to be rich like you and only have that high end stuff around but for those of us that live in an area where most of the time it is swag or nothing or when some good bud comes around it is to damn high priced for the little amount you get. This is one of the reasons I am going to do it myself but there are others who will not take the chance to grow it them selves

Yea, but not all of us work. I would be a moron to go out and work actually.
And my households priorities are more important than I smoke 1-2 times a day. So that is about 2-3 quarters every two weeks. So 50-75 bucks.
If it was dank, I'll say about a gram a day, so 14 X 25. So about 350 bucks.
Couldn't even attempt to afford that. That is almost how much money my household makes a week, for a 2 weeks supply.

Who is going to decide what is swag and what is a good enough standard? Each individual consumer, and to sum it up pretty simply "one man's swag is another man's chronic".
Besides the mass growers aren't going to change their methods unless and until the laws regarding prohibition are changed. Until then it is smarter to produce as much as fast and as cheap as they can without getting caught, quality be damned. They also know that it is easier for them to hold out than it is for the consumer, oh and because of the added risk of holding on to the crop the price will go up, not down. They know that in general the longer the average smoker goes without, the more likely they are to smoke whatever is available and whatever price the locality can support. Simply put the demand under the current legal system will always be higher than the supply.
There is nothing wrong with wanting a better product, I just think the way you are suggesting getting it is not the smartest way to go about getting it. The most effective way of getting better quality bud to smoke is going to be by getting the feds to change their stance on cannabis, that is gonna take time with the propaganda and indoctrination they have been taking part in for the last few decades. The next best idea is to grow your own, and or help a good friend with their grow.
I wish you well in your search for a constant supply of primo bud at a reasonable price.

But if everyone had dank tolerances, couldn't they smoke just a bit of dank to not totally fuck you up?

But for people who start smoking they will want to smoke some but not trip out and have anxiety attacks. If they only can take a little puff of dank to start with, some may find that unsatisfying

But yeah, a majority of weed buyers will go for the best quality product with the most cost efficiency. The free market will do good things for weed I think.
The subculture for the most part has already lost its integrity anyway.
