Grow Environment: Would it Work?

Hello Growery, Shroomery member but first time posting here. I have an empty, inconspicuous area in my house that would be perfect (spatially) for growing.
The problem? It gets HOT and HUMID as FUCK. Is this any sort of problem? The location is in the eves of a house and the sun shines directly onto the roof above it for 18 hours a day, and can be as hot as 35 celsius outside.
Would it be hard to regulate the humidity and heat, or would it be a good environment?
Input please!

Yes, it would be difficult, but not impossible. You would need to make sure you have adaquate ventilation, a good AC, and a good dehumidifier. Each of these runs a couple hundred dollars, so keep this in mind. Make sure you have everything you need to control the environnment, and. You should have a decent chance. Although, if the OUTSIDE air isn't that humid, if it gets enough Fresh Air Exchange, you might not need the dehumidier...
This is your own home, not an apartment or a rental, right?? And is there an attic/crawlspace that you could vent your hot air to? If yes to both, I would put a fan inn the floor, blowing cool air from under the house into the room, while your fan in the attic takes the hot air up and out... it would require putting a couple holes in your house, which isn't the best idea if you don't have any carpentry skill. I would do it if it were MY house, but that's simply because I know I could do it right and not end up with a leaky roof! Haha

What's that, about 100 degrees? Add lights to that, you'll get to 120... I'm a newb myself but I think most will agree when I say emphatically "hell no". That would take a helluva lot of alteration.. If that's your only indoor spot, you may wanna consider goin guerilla...

I don't know man... giving the hot air somewhere to go can do dramatic things to the ambient temps... especially if he can introduce cooler air to the room , too.
But then I may be wrong... just puttin' out my opinion...

Putting in an attic fan is a pretty big deal. That's the only thing I could think will give the heat an escape..imle, attic+summer= badthings

I'd recommend air cooled hoods and an a/c from the get go. That should solve the heat and humidity issues.
