Well in Québec, I have never seen any peyote in any shops, and believe me... I tried so hard to find some, never happened ... The only thing I was able to find was mescalin, but it wasn't legal at all, good luck finding some, I hope you will be luckier than me!

Well to be honest, I always thought peyote was illegal in Canada, except for religion uses (native Americans shamanism)
