I have a French bulldog dog named Tony, hoping to have in the next 5-7 years to come a brown pit bull named Carlos and a Russian Blue cat called Alien. I have a certain joke (racist one) where I plan on getting two pits (black male, white female)and naming them Jerome and Courtney (in addition to Carlos).

20 years? wow. I hope he lives that long, that's a really long time for any type of dog

That's Java. She likes chewing on fan leaves, carrots, and my cats heads. I love her to death even though she is a tremendous pain in my ass and I haven't gotten a good nights sleep since we've had her

No dobie whatsoever in her. She's a mix of Black Lab, Border Collie, and Great Pyrenese. She may have some black and tan hound in her somewhere, but I saw both her parents and neither were dobie/rottie.
People mistake her for a rottie mix all the time, she also sounds vicious as hell when she barks and plays. She wouldn't hurt a fly but I can't tell you how many door to door solicitors she's frightened away hehehe

im with linux on the cats. Dogs, however, are awesome! I am thinking about getting one, now that my life has changed a bit.

Sounds like mine. She makes such a big deal about things but I honestly believe she makes a lot of noise because shes scared as hell of strangers. Shes figured out if she freaks out, nobody fucks with her

See, if the people realized that she was barking because she's excited to see new people that she wants to play with, they wouldn't be so scared. She's such an attention whore it's not funny. We're finally getting her to the point where she's not mauling the crap out of our guests trying to say hi when they come in lol.

Frenchies are good dogs, except for the fact they're extremely gassy. I should have put ten year, oh well.

I really like Australian Shepard dogs and Border Collies.
I want to get a puppy once I get my new place in August but I need to get a job first, I cant live solely off of financial aid and loan money.

My old mutt was a cross between australian shepard and border collie! She was beautiful. We had to put her down about a month ago, she was 16 and had bad arthritus.

You have any pictures? I bet she was a great dog with those 2 crosses. Probably very disciplined and well behaved.

Putting one of my dogs down was horribly sad, even though it was done nicely. The vet techs didn't think to cover the sodium (sp?)benthol bottle that read FATAL PLUS.
