My average resting heart rate is 78 sometimes a little more than that though. That is healthy and all, but i feel like it's a bit on the high side. i want to aim for 70ish or below. I'm going to start running every day, but how much should i run? should i have a heart rate i should be looking to get at while running? i want to get maximum potential to strengthen my heart. also anything else i can do to make it stronger/healthier would be great too. (foods to eats, exercises, etc.)
