Marijuana causes changes in heart rate and blood pressure, therefore could kill someone who has underlying conditions; yet so could exercise.
So if a person were healthy enough to exercise daily, they would be healthy enough to smoke marijuana, right?

amphetamines are horrible for your heart / whole body
exercise may be strenuous but it is still exercise, good for the heart. could potentially be bad if you are unhealthy or old or whatever
cannabis may be bad for your heart, it is in fact an oil which we inhale, which could for all we know clog your arteries and have other negative effects
Cannabis also raises or lowers heart rate depending on who you are / what kind of bud you have. this could be bad, but once again there are so few studies done on cannabis that we really dont know

exercise isnt just good for you, but it gets you high too, off endorphines, which trigger opioid receptors
