Lakers are in huge trouble. Now down 3-0 even though they had a good grasp on the game coming into the 4th.

If the Lakers win game 4 I honestly think they'll complete the sweep. Not ready to give up on them yet

That being said, the Mavs have a great team this year. They step up when it matters the most.
People can say whatever they want about Derrick Rose and the other PG's in the league, but J. Kidd is the best all-around PG imo. He may not score as many points as the others, but everything else he does is second to none.

Lakers = 
They had a good run though, Phil Jackson will probably go down as the best coach in NBA history. But they played awful against the Mavs. Pullin off a 3 peat (again) is tough though, can't hate but so much.
And yes, Jason Kidd is a beast and always has been. Not necessarily about how many points you score. He opens up opportunities for other players like no other.

Just because a sweep hasn't happened after being down 0-3 doesn't mean it cant. If any coach could will his team back into a series it would be Phil Jackson. Who cares. All you had to say was that I had the wrong meaning, not call me retarded because I used it wrong. I could call you retarded because you spell the word Pickles with a "Z" instead of an "S".
Anyways, I don't see the mavs making it much farther. Are they a good team? Yes. But the only reason they are even where they are is because they were playing a team who was hardly giving much effort at all. Half the time the mavs had wide open shots because nobody bothered to guard the shooters. There was a stretch in either game 3 or 4 where Dirk had 4 consecutive shots where Pau wasn't even within 10 feet of him. Don't even get me started on the transition defense. In no way am I hating on the mavs, they obviously played much better than the lakers in that series. I just don't see them beating the thunder. Maybe they'll prove me wrong.

I think you are wrong there, I think the Thunder showed how vulnerable they were going all the way to 7 games against what I think was the worst team to make the playoffs in the Memphis Grizzlies. I think the Grizz are one of the most boring teams in all of basketball and dont really have any superstars that can take over a game and score 30+ points. Randolph being their closest player.
So I think the Mavs will beat the Thunder in 5 or 6 games.
You watching the Heat/ Bulls game right now?

The Grizzlies are a much better team when Rudy Gay is healthy. Without him they have to rely on inconsistent players like OJ Mayo who has yet to really prove himself as a player. I see the Grizzlies as a team who have 3 good players and the rest are a mix of average and spot-filling players. They're missing some pieces that are needed to go deep into the playoffs and possibly contend for a title.
I saw the first half of the bulls/heat game, went out to pick up some things and missed the rest. A lot of people are picking the heat as a favorite to win it all but they're a young team and still have some things that need ironing out. The bulls aren't a team to underestimate either. I think it'll be a good series.

Heat are too salary tied-up in their big 3, who all have max contracts I believe. They tried to pull a Celtics where they got their Big 3 and tried to get other proven veterans who would come and play for cheap in exchange for the increased likelihood of winning a title before they retire. Bosh is good but they still lack depth at the 4 and 5 spots, which explains why they are one of the worst rebounding teams in the league
I cant believe how much Vegas favored the Heat by, considering the Bulls had the best record in the East; They beat the Heat all 3 times they played in the regular season (now 4-0 vs. the Heat) and have a complete team from top to bottom. Bulls can actually play their bench players and not sacrifice a whole lot.
No doubt Heat will be contenders for years to come and still have a good chance at winning a title this year, but I think they really need to improve their bench and like you said "iron out," their starting line-up.

yeah they did, they played the best game of basketball ive seen for awhile. It was fun. If they can keep forcing Bosh to lead the team in points then they are going to be just fine.
