So my xbox live was being charged every 3 months on a debit card. I was unaware that it was still doing that so i used a 1 year membership code i had gotten for xmas. I then canceled that card for personal reasons. After i canceled that card, my xbox live quit working because it said i had payment problems even though i had my 1 year membership code still going. What do i do? i can't even get that card off of my account from my xbox.
if its the auto renewal you want to turn off then you have to phone microsoft.
same thing happened to me, i payed for a 1 month by debit card then forgot about it but they carried on renewing it every month, untill i phoned and cancelled the auto renewal.
Shitty, you're hella gonna have to call Xbox and talk to them about it. It's gonna be annoyin as hell, they are gonna try to sell you a year long Xbox live account like ten times. Just tell them you used a year long Xbox Live code and bitch em out about it. They SHOULD hook it up.
