You may want to put a second loop on the base of each of your plants though, to keep your plant from pulling itself out of the ground. It's called a counter-something, but I"m to sick & stoned to think of the right word. lol
As for how long you should wait to flip em, it depends on how much room you have in there. What are the dimentions of your box? And are all four of them going to be put into flower, or are you going to keep one to be a mother?
you still got a lot of space for them to grow, more than 2 weeks for sure, just keep training them to get a even canopy and low height, if you plan to scrog, then they need more veg that's for sure.

It will grow with almost any light.. the question is HOW will it grow! if you want it to grow fast and strong, about 6000K during vegetation.
secondly, I didn't quite get where your going with this, scrog or not? you have to decide, and it looks way too small to begin flowering. bear in mind that after switching to 12/12 the plant will not grow much! it will add about 30% of its volume and will fill with flowers. If you have the room, let it grow first. and if it is ScrOG you are going for then you should start "grillin'" that weed instead of the training you are doing (since scrog is training)..

I do LST to keep them small and bushy cause i dont have much room, after this ill place a scrog net and let them grow on this ^_^.
Ill let them grow for another week and then switch to 12/12, they became pretty big in the last week!
