It's an awesome 90 week program that literally works every muscle in your body. If you can do the first week of it and NOT be super sore, I'll personally mail you a hooker.
I put on almost 10 pounds of muscle in the first month of the program, and I consider myself to be in very good shape. Quite an impressive thingy magiger.

If you are not in someone decent shape, i would not advise doing this. It's a really good workout though, i love it. I really need to buy it so i can start working out again.

Its a work out that turns you into one of those Jersey Shore douchebags.
Be sure to put fake tan on before and after each workout.

LOL, no. It isn't.
In order to look like that you have to be maxing 8-10 reps of your peak weight ability, and going for multiple hours every single day with no cardio and piles of roids. P90x is about total fitness, it includes cardio, balance and flexibility.

Dude, P90x is the shit. I've done like three 90 day segments and ive lost like 60lbs. Its hard, but you just gotta skip stuff you cant do and stick with it. I personally love it. When I first did chest and back, I couldnt sleep I was so sore. But now, I love it. I was like 280 when i started, now Im down to 220. And I dont wanna brag or nothing but I look fuckin good. Ladies be all over me

Yeah I hated the diet so I modified a little
I take in no more then 1800 calories a day, 53 grams of fat a day, 180 grams of carbs, and take in at least 170 grams of protein. 
I'm on my 4th round.
