This plant is almost 4 weeks old so maybe its a bit early to decide its sex

There's no preflowers on that node. Also looks like the picture you provided isn't showing alternating nodes, so if all your nodes are even like the one in the pic your plant is not sexually mature yet and won't show preflowers.
