I think it was some over-feeding and salt build-up but I'm posting here cause I want to be positive. I flushed today so we shall see if she's looking any better tomorrow.
So lmk what you guys are thinking. And is this normal for leaves or is this plant trying to tell me something.

whoa!!! you run 1300ppm nutes!
it is not normal for leaves to do that, so yes, they are telling you something. i don't know about ebb & flow, but in my recirculating i run about 1000. you should change your water about every 2-3 weeks though to avoid those salts. you should be able to pull her back around though. don't stress.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah I knew I wouldn't lose her I just want everything to be ideal so she produces fat juicy buds for me. I'm gonna back off the nutes a little bit prob drop it down to 1000 like you. I change my res weekly it hold 30 gallons so it'd be a bitch every 2-3 days and I don't have to worry too much about salts with my system as much as soil or aero growers.
I just am looking for some reassurance people think it's over-feeding and salt build up? I just don't want to be starving her if she's actually telling me she needs more of an element.

I dunno, depending on how hardy the strain is 1300 ppm isn't too bad. Lots of people grow between 1000-1200 PPM. Although I will say that in most cases less is usually more.
In your case I would back off the nutes some, drop down to maybe around 700-800 or so, and take it from there.
How big are your pH swings?

Honestly my ph swing in not bad at all. I run the GH flora line which IME is a great ph buffer. I'll ph my res at the beginning of the week at like 5.5-5.8 and the most its climbed at the end of the week is like 6.1. I do have a pretty big res though so that def also helps. As for the genetics it isn't any name brand strain, just some sativa dom bagseed.
I'll let you know how its looking tomorrow hopefully the flush and some lower nute levels is all it needs.

K, just checking, your pH swings seem pretty normal. If you were constantly adjusting your pH that also may have explained some of the twisting you saw.

I thought their was a study using just water to grow cannabis, with no nutrients. Or was it something on aeroponic's showing that plants mainly just need water. It's a whole lot cheaper to use less nutrients.

You are most likely being mind controlled if you live in the USA. The technology was discovered back in the late 1980's. You can easily see weird towers on government buildings...
