I read it was a misunderstanding with the clerk. She was supposed to "borrow" it to advertise it. I believe it. Why would she walk around with a stolen necklace around her neck? No one does that!

I don't understand why this gets you so heated.
If celebrities don't get in trouble for their crimes, that's the fault of judges, and the system... Who, upon going to trial, would say "You know, I really think you should impose a more strict sentence on me, your honor. I want NO special treatment, I tell you!"
Of course no one would do that. Or at least 99% of folks in their right mind.
Stealing isn't the coolest, especially if you're rich to begin with.
But I still don't see a reason to crucify this poor messed up chick.

I don't care about her personal life, but I just saw her in Machete last night. That was a awesome movie and she was HOT is several of the scenes. I don't know her well, but if those were her real tits in the nude scenes then she gets a +5 from me.
