If you take a flowering plant and then move it into 24 light cycles, the flowering part stays alive, but after a 3-4 weeks new veg growth starts. After that you can remove the flowering part and have a plant in the veg cycle.
Not sure how useful this is, because you basically starting over with a new plant from scratch, minus the root system. Supposedly you could leave some flowering parts for photosynthesis. Or technically one could try pulling a flowering plant a week or two from the flower cycle, into veg and see if the flowers were fine, and that would accelerate the veg cycle.
I've done little testing so far, but theoretically one could just cycle a plant from veg to flower. Possibly the plant could be fooled to flower again after a few weeks of veg.
You are most likely being mind controlled if you live in the USA. The technology was discovered back in the late 1980's. You can easily see weird towers on government buildings...

You can reveg a plant and flower it as many times as you want pretty much. The process of turning a plant from flowering to veg is called reverting.
