Day 1 of flowering tonight.
I decided to give the newly transplanted clones a clearex treatment tonight. After I abandoned AN's full strength schedule, and taking a look at the roots of the clones and the plants I just harvested, I felt like they were suffering from salt damage and gave them a flush. They were fed 1/2 strength veg nutes last night so they'll have enough food in em til I feed again on Thur.
Managed to keep the canopy nice and even too which has been difficult this past year. Plus since I'm growing strictly LA confidential this run I should have no problem keeping a nice even canopy through flowering. I have the lights 2 ft above the tops, I'll be lowering it in a few days once they've gotten used to the HPS. I probably should transition my plants from the T5 to the HPS, but I just don't have time or room to do it.
Anyways, looking forward to this one. I usually take a 2-3 week break between harvests, but fuck it, I want some new buds before superbowl so I can bring some to the eventual party

Yah, I'll join you on that finger crossing. Don't want to see that shit again, I'm going to buying a wall mounted oscillating fan to increase air circulation. Hopefully it won't be a problem this go around.

Whee problems, I'm not sure if the solution isn't strong enough, or if I need to be feeding a bit more (as in watering more frequently). Regardless I'll be adding in the big bud tomorrow. I'll add in another ml of base and see if that keeps me under 1000 PPM. I'd like it to be around 850-900 as I'm trying to avoid large swings in PPM.

Fed them with full strength big bud for the last time, next feeding will be at 4 mls. Plants are looking a lot better, removed a bunch of fans that were too far gone, and removed a few bud sites and real low growth. You know, I just can't bring myself to remove a lot of growth, I keep saying I'll do it, but I just see it as lost potential.
Anyways, going steady and strong, tomorrow marks two weeks.

Day 15
Decided to keep them at full strength big bud, they look starving. Since I'm still under 1000 PPM I'll keep them there. I'm also switching to every other day feedings. They're not looking as good as I would have hoped, but I'm sure they'll recover eventually. I'll be tossing in a little cal-mag next feeding just in case. Hopefully they'll perk up with the more frequent feedings.

sure does, they love the fans. I usually toss them small leaves from my moms when I'm doing work in the garden. My dog loves them too, she actually can hear the squeak of my trimmers and comes running when she hears it lol

I did not know that cats liked until my cat ate all the fan leaves off of one of my 10 inch plants.

I fed on friday night as well with the same dosage. They're finally starting to green up nice now. I think it has to do with going three days between feedings for sure. I'm going to cut back on the big bud, but I'll only cut back to 6 ml and see how they like it. I want to drop the PPM's closer to 850 now that things are perking up. Other then that things are chugging along nicely again.
On another note, a friend of mine offered to get me some grape ape clones. So hopefully I'll have at least one of those cuttings in my closet soon. I've spent about a year on the skunk train beans so it will be nice to have something new in the garden.

Plants are looking better, two of them are still a little paler then the others, but overall they've perked up and have begun growing nicely. Lowered the Big Bud dosage a tiny bit and dropped the PPM's a little. I might actually cut it back to 5 ml next feeding and see if that puts me closer to 850. Buds and leaves are starting to frost over now, couple more weeks and the buds will be nice and chunky.
