 Just got a letter from my internet provider

So I got a letter saying that while they were routunely monitering bandiwidth utilization they noticed a high amount of peer-to-peer bandwidth associated with my IP.
What the fuck? I'm not really concerned since it was a letter from my ISP and not from an actual recording company so I know I'm not in any legal trouble but the last time I got a letter it was from warner bro's. Should I be worried about this? Can they cancel my internet even though nobody is pressing charges?
Also, I haven't downloaded anything in a few months, but I have some stuff seeding and I only use private trackers.

Ok, I pretty figured it out myself. The letter was just saying that there was file sharing going on, on my IP addresses banwidth. And they were just warning that if the files being shared are copyrighted that the company that holds the copyright could persue legal action. Not in any trouble or anything, just a warning saying I could get in trouble.
Still gonna download torrents

I use a program that blocks my ip and I only download private trackers and pretty much all the music I download is from punk bands that wouldn't give a shit about illegal downloading
And all my ISP knows is there is file sharing going on, they can't prove that the files being shared are copyrighted.
