It's ok.
It's not good to over do it thought. Just here and there... not too much or you'll get too high and it over take it momentarily or if at the end of your buzz... kill it. Unless it is the after glow which in that case, it goes excellent.
And a little will go a long way because on M, when you toke, you get a much better perception of what high you are gonna get form the weed. This is all speculation of course, cause... well, it's all from my experience. But trust me... try a couple bowls and see where THAT alone takes you.

I guess I'm asking (because I'm about to peak again) if it takes away from the overall "feel" of the rolling aspect of the high.
I really love the waves over my body, and I don't want to lose them if I smoke.

I loved smoking bongs while rolling on MDMA, it let's me get suuuuuper baked without losing motivation to get up and needing to sleep

I don't feel weed at all if I am rolling decently. The only time I will feel weed is around the 100mg area... past that and its almost a complete waste.
Save it for the come up and comedown. I use to do it, but honestly, I would much rather just do MDMA by itself and then I get super high after I come down, and its awesome. If you smoked through the whole MDMA experience you will barely get high when you comedown...

Marijuana releases dopamine...dopamine released gets trapped in serotonin synapses and destroys them.....if you call this "prevents brain damage" then sure. whatever you say, chap. Pretty much any drug you add in with MDMA is going to make it more neurotoxic due to WHY MDMA gets you high.

A huge bong rip at the peak of an MDMA roll is awesome. Just mellows the high and intensifies it. In other words, it makes it less speedy and more euphoric and psychedelic. Highly recommended.

Yeah what I meant was that smoking weed on MDMA mellows the MDMA high (as in makes it less rushy and speedy) while at the same time intensifies the roll. If that makes sense.
If you like both weed and MDMA its a no brainer to combine them really. Unless you're at a rave and actually need the energy and speediness. I would never recommend combining MDMA with alcohol though.
