Alright update time:
Finally got my ph and ppm testers got ph to just under 6 and the ppm is about 350ppm right now. I also topped the plant about 4 days ago. I think she just recovered from the topping and the ph balance definitly helped her also because I think her grow was stunted for probably a week. Anyways heres some pics.
Sorry if theres some doubles Idk what happened when uploading.

Hey guys plants looking really good and healthy now and its exploding with growth. I think its because the nutrients were locked out because of the ph imbalance and so the roots really went searching for food, now thats its there and they can use it, shits blowin up. Pics tomorrow

Looking much much better! No, don't cut any leaves off. If the plant doesn't want them anymore, it will pull all of the nutrients/other goodies out of the leaf before shedding it. So removing leaves unnecessarily not only takes away potential energy through the loss of some "solar panels," it also removes already existing energy that the plant has put work into producing.
As the plant matures, it will naturally lose some of its lower fan leaves. Leaves are ready to be removed when they have yellowed significantly and come off the plant easily when you push down gently on the petiole. If you have to tug or put much force at all into it, just leave it and try again later.
Purple stems are generally nothing to worry about when your plant looks as healthy as yours does. It's probably just a phenotypical thing.
