Depends on the period of time that you had been smoking for before you stopped. Nearly impossible to be completely rid of it in a week.

In your case the piss test wouldnt be hard to pass. But I really don't know anything about hair tests but I've heard their pretty accurate.

At my last place of employment we had to undergo follicle test also . The bad news is the results go back 90 days . There is no way around a hair test. Great "ill shave my head and i wont have hair to give" ! >Wrong<. They will take fingernails or pubic or underarm hair.. I hate to be the bearer of bad news. But there is no way to actually pass a follicle test unless your actually clean for 90 days prior... HEaDy

I'm 5'8 with an average to slightly above average metabolism.
The Zydot hair cleanser supposedly removes all toxins.
A friend of a friend used it and it got back to me that it worked.
So the system flush combined with the time off from smoking should be ok for the piss test?
Has anyone ever passed a hair test?

The stuff they sell for hair tests is usually the equivalent of laundry detergent mixed with shampoo. It will get all the smoke residue out of your hair, but won't get out anything that grew into the hair from the root. Usually a hair test means ur screwed. If that stuff works, let us know for sure.

A system flush isnt going to do anything for the piss test. THC is stored in the fat of your body, and no matter what type of system cleanse you use is going to get the thc out of your fat cells. Best thing to do is drink a lot of water the day of your test, what that does is dilute the urine so the THC is harder to pick up on a drug test.

Some testers go as far as to make you pee twice if they feel the sample was diluted. As far as the folicular test, if you dyed or bleached your hair it would probably chemically disrupt any build-up in the hair shaft. Merely a guess though.

i believe if you do water down your piss a bunch you can take creatine to cover up the fact that its really watered down
not 100% on that tho

Yeah, they will find metabolites of all the drugs you've done since you last cut your hair.
Like Goombah said, a bleach blonde dye job might help break shit down.

Hair drug testing can detect drug use over a much longer period of time, which is often used for highly safety-critical positions where there is zero tolerance of drug usage. Standard hair follicle screen covers a period of 30 to 90 days. The growth of hair is usually at the rate of 0.5 inches per month. The hair sample is cut close to the scalp and 80 to 120 strands of hair are needed for the test. In the absence of hair on the head, body hair can be used as an acceptable substitute. Even if the person being tested has a shaved head, hair can also be taken from almost any other area of the body. This includes facial hair, the underarms, arms, and legs.
Though it is often claimed that hair test cannot be tampered with, it has been shown that this is simply untrue. For example, THC does not readily deposit inside epithelial cells so it is possible for cosmetic and other forms of adulteration to reduce the amount of testable cannabanoids within a hair sample .
I think bleach would be your best bet, unless it makes you look like a complete freak.. GOOD LUCK!!

I know for some piss test's if they see the sample has been tampered with in anyway (Diluted, Drink cleanser, etc.) its an automatic fail, at least when I took mine thats what the sheet said, w/e I passed it anyway. I didn't have to take a hair sample though, but I hear they are very accurate so you might be screwed.

When I got out of prison I had to be tested once a month for a year and a half.
My first test I was dirty. I didn't know they were gonna test me on the very first meeting and smoked in the parking lot minutes before going in. 6 or 7 tests in I heard they were gonna do a screen rather then a normal test. A screen shows every chem in the sample so if you use something like test clean or whatever product it finds the weed in my system and the product used to hide it. Rather then testing dirty (cause by then I had at least 3 dirty tests but it's Cali so my PO never took it that serious.)
I tried putting about a drop of bleach into the sample using a model glue applicator put in the string hole of my sweat pants. Wellllll being nervous I squeezed the fucking thing to hard and put at least 4 drops in. I could smell it. When I handed him the sample it looked like when you drop baby oil in water. Clear but you just know something is up. I got home thinking I made it but the phone call came in and my PO said to get my ass back to his office cause I just came back legally dead on my test. That was my first 3 month roll up.
Next one was when I went in expecting to piss in a jar and they took a hair sample instead. Well first off they are deadly accurate and they go back 6 months both of which are bad news for me. First thing I did when I got home was call a friend and tell him I'm going on vacation at the Hilton again for three months (inside joke) take care of the dogs for me.
The damn phone rings the PO tells me come to his office and I show up and he just says "get in the van"
