 drugs test for new job

here's what's going on - in the space of a week, I applied for and was offered a deck officer cadetship in the merchant navy (22nd July) I had my last joint the night before (21st July) I knew that I would be getting drugs tested so I stopped smoking immediately - almost 3 weeks, it's killing me.
I've just received an email saying that I will be having a medical and a drugs and alcohol screening on the 16th August. I was a fairly regular smoker (few joints after work 2/3 nights a week and quite a heavy smoker at the weekend) I'm 22, around 5'10" and around 11st. I eat like a horse and never put on much weight so I'm guessing my metabolism is pretty quick. I've obviously googled all the usual "how long is weed detectable in urine" but the answers on wiki.answers and yahoo.answers are just daft. "90 days - don't smoke da weed is does bad stuff 2 ya"
So my question is essentially do you think I'll pass the test? and is there anything I can do to help my chances?

I've had a browse through some other threads but most are offering quick fix solutions like synthetic urine, as I'm getting a full medical(stripped naked) this isn't an option in my case as the urine needs to be kept at body temp. It's more timescales I'm interested in, any info or a point in the right direction of some genuine info on that would be amazing. Also, do the home drugs testing kits test in the same ways that the labs would?

30 days for most people unless you're a fatty. But I'm fat and mine was clean in 30 days. And that was back when I was smoking ridiculous amounts.
I'd normally suggest using someone elses piss...but it sounds like thats not an option for you.
That said, I'm 90% sure the only thing that'll pass you is not smoking.
