Yesterday I decided 55.5 grams and 2-3 months was enough.
I'm cooking with my vaped bud.
Remember that when you vaporize, you're losing ~90% of the weight of the bud in water weight so picture a non-zip lock baggie overflowing with brown, ground up vaped weed.
The result:
That's 4 1/4 sticks of butter, 1.63g of bud per tablespoon.. Needless to say the next couple weeks will be good.

Not yet just made it last night and I'm crazy busy atm.
I've got 3 exams, 2 lab reports, field research for a project, and some other thesis stuff that I've got to get done in this week so I won't have an opportunity until the weekend.
BUT..
The last batch I made was ~65g in ~2.5 pints of butter and just 1 TBSP of that made me trip balls.
 some kid came to the door to try to sell me magazines and he blazed too and asked if I was high - I FREAKED out, slammed the door in his face and hid everything remotely illegal in my house, most of which have been lost forever, including ~2,000 bagseeds I was going to sow next spring, my roommmates bong, and 500mg of 2c-b and 2c-i

Yes! I've been advocating saving vaped bud FOREVER
If you can cook cannabutter, you can cook vapobutter - IT GETS YOU LIFTED!
Just ensure that you're using a higher ratio of bud to butter than you normally would because obviously vaped bud doesn't have nearly the same THC content as the green stuff

Also I recommended just making a ton of butter then you can dish it up however you want.
If you have a crock pot you can probably cook your whole QP at once overnight or something.
What kind of vape do you have again?

I have the extreme Q.
I normally vape at around 180*C sometimes a little higher...
I was thinking about making a firecracker with a gram and see how strong my vapoo is then just gauging from there the ratio.

Common misconception, although the vaporizers do eliminate ~90% of the THC/cannabinoids there's still residual amounts which can be extracted with fat/alcohol

believe me it tastes gross if you eat it on its own. If you've ever smelled vaped weed it smells/tastes like that. However it sure as hell gets you lit.

It depends. Sometimes I like to throw it on toast to eat with soup. If I'm in the mood I'll cook a full meal. TBH we ususally don't have the patience to cook something up and instead eat a tbsp of it raw. Warning it tastes terrible like this, you've got to pinch your nose and have a chaser

If you spread a tablespoon on a piece of toast it's smeared on really thick and just prolongs the displeasure of tasting it. Sometimes it's just better to get it over with quickly imo

I just stuck my whole toungue into the jar of AVB I have, and its not nearly as bad as I see people complain about it imo.
Eating straight butter sounds disgusting to me though.

Yea it's gross but sometimes you don't want to have to cook and eat a meal but you wanna get really high for 5 hours. Also when I cook it into meals it usually takes longer to hit and it creeps up on me more, as opposed to just eating the straight butter which just kicks you in the face
