mark my words its not going to happen.... it would cause a decreease in alcohol drinking and other hard drugs. Why would the government want that? less crime too, therefore, less police force, less jobs, and ofcourse some people would just be complete burnouts.. not all but some like me LOL

think about it though them popos and dea need jobs too and if marijuana the thing they spend billions a year to prevent just gets legalized they would certainly cut down the force...
