If you like valerian check out the anti-energy drink "drank" its based off "that purple drank" aka lean... their slogan is "slow your roll" it contains valerian 
Im not sure if they sale it outside of houston though... I havent tried it yet :/

A LITTLE bit of pot like enough to loosen me up but not be stoned or really high is where its at for relaxing for bed... Being stoned i always stay up lisning to music or just thinking... so it never really works :o
