i think i will get a stress test for sure, i had an echo last year, but someting may have changed, i do hope this is anxiety. i have gone to the ER for anxiety once before.

It can cause your heart to beat fast and feel irregular, or possibly be irregular due to the faster heart rate, happens to lots of people, I would assume it is anxiety related, happens to me sometimes on cid and its worried me a lot but whatever, im still alive

Just continue exercising. I get chest pain, but I notice very little with a regular workout routine. I've been to doctors for numerous tests as of six months ago and it isn't related with my heart.
