i dont know if it would be a gif still, but my avatar i wantthe rings around the face to spin.
can any one do this, or tell me how?

or you could find one that's already been done. Im pretty sure someone here has used that as an avatar before. Maybe someone has the gif already.

I used "easy gif animator"
it's a real easy program to use you just need to edit the pic a few times (could probably be done in 2-3 edits)
