can't see pic but...
If it's not sexing, perhaps you have a light leak, where it's not complete darkness during your off cycle.
What type medium you using?

try uploading the pictures to the Growery server (click the link up top that says "pictures" and it'll walk you through from there). I can't see the ones you've posted, but I'd really like to in order to help.

First thing to ask, which has already been mentioned, are you sure it's in 100% darkness. It seems to me that's the only reasonable explanation to me. I can;t think of anything else that would cause what your describing.

Looks like those ladies are ready to start flowering!
I really think you either have a light leak or temps are not favorable.
If you have a long flower period strain, like a 10+ week by genetics, and using lower outputs light CFL's might take your lady extra long to finish flowering, or to even start producing flowers.
It seems like you have the 'sites', just no pistils yet, which indicates a flowering 'trigger' might not have been pulled.

it seems that its' growing fairly well for what you have, but more always can possibly help in the light department!
I had a light leak with my ladies, they were going soooooo slowly, then when i fixed it and lowered my temps, they started growing like... weeds!
Hope you get it goin man!
Also, what is you PH of your soil?

quit the superthrive then. I have used it well, but also had it kill a few clones and cuttings. If you discontinue this for a week, you never know it might help.
If your in soil, then just do water. Maybe get some good known, simple, cheap ferts at the store. Stuff that's not gonna be a risk of hurting ya. Otherwise just use water I say.
What type of soil are you in again? (you might have said, but I migth have missed it..)

u shoulda taken pics of the preflowers, i'm sure they are fully visible right now, look for tiny little white hairs all the way at the secondary main stems, at the top of the nodes, little tiny balls means main, little tiny calyx with pistils shooting out means female.
but by the shape of your plant, and how it is flowering, im very sure its a female. if it were male you would FOR SURE know by the fourth week of flower, because you would normally know a male by the fouth week of VEG even! It is starting to bud, just very slowly, no pistil or calyx or trichrome development yet, u sure ur not growing hemp? lol jk
but seriously i hope ur not..

btw almost another week in flowering with the light leak fixed and no superthrive. still no visible changes (pistils or otherwise) it is bag seed could be kind could be reg dk since we just threw all of our good bud seeds in a bag and picked the best looking for flowering due to space and limited funds

Well, if the light leak is fixed and your plant reverted back to flowering, you should be seeing buds start in another week or two. I usually don't see bud formation til day 10 or later, so if you've only been truly flowering for a week they still need a little time.
