good luck, cold turkey is probably one of the better routes.
I attempted to quit, but then got hooked on the nicotine lozenge, patch and cigs, still am
u think the e-cig is a good thang to be doin'?
im thankin' about doin' the e-cig thang, i really need to quit this feelsbadman habit
cuz honestly i know my lungs are taking it's toll, especially with how much weed im smoking
and weed + cigs are not good to be smokin' all the time.
thats another thang, i feel like smoking cigs is like a job, i do it all the time and it makes my lungs  o well
plus i never feel anythang from em except the morning cig anyway
i wonder if smoking a lot might turn me off from em?
like instead of a pack or 2 a day, intentionally smoke 3-5 packs a day, and maybe ill feels so bads man that ill stop

im gonna quit it, i have to, my friend just got a collapsed lung too, and we pretty much smoke the same amount of thangs.

i dont wanna quit forever either, i wanna just smoke like 1-2 a day maybe, and thats all, u know
to like relax and thangs and feelsgoodman, but not kill 20-40 cigs a day, thats feelsbadman because they dont make u relax and thangs and feelsgoodman, they just make u doin' not doin' thangs, many times over and over again
if u smoke cigs every 10 mins then when ur smokin those cigs ur doin' not doin' thangs

i didnt read the whole post.
buut deffinatly try and quit. the ecigs arent going to be any better than the patches or gum.
try cold turkey and see if it works now. goodluck bro, i know its hard to quit.

i quit after 18 yrs with help of marlboro snus im addicted to it now but at least it doesnt cause lung cancer and only cost 2 bucks a pack verses 5 a pack for cigs everyday good luck

it can cause cancer in your mouth, stomach, and throat though.
you could have your jaw removed. and people who smoke have bad circulation and shit so they can have there limbs cut off.

actually the tobacco is pasteurized so most of the toxin re removed the odds of getting cancer using snus are slim to none according to 150 yrs of Swiss research snus is more popular there than us etc etc but it is all bad for you hell the air outside is toxic nowadays lol

heroin and coke isn't addictive, only you are addicted to the feeling heroin or coke provides.
anyway,
but yeah, chain smokin weed all day is soooo o
and worth it too, (ocassionally worth it)
otherwise, it's just spendin unnecessary money, which is if u dont have money to buy more weed 
im happy to say, i havent' ran out of weed in a good 2 years.
because i keep thangs in check.
