I found the best way to quitting cigs is to just quit them.

all you have to do is take one step, and that step is quitting.

It's addicting as fuck (but is it really? or is it u?), but eventually, if you really want to quit, you will, it may take now, or it may take a decade, but in the end,

you're body will repair itself, and you will start feeling better.

Nobody really is asking you to quit (unless ur gf/bf bitch is bein a bitch and :feelsbadman:

I also find that if I have not smoked cigs that day, I'm more active and upbeat. When I smoke I'm lazier. :shrug:

Anyway, I agree. The best way to quit cigs, is to just put them down. Every time you want one, just go do something else. Or better yet, go smoke some weed.

I really wanna put them down. I think the reason I haven't yet is because, although most of the time smoking cigs are shitty, sometimes cigs are fucking amazing. Like when your really stressed out, when your tripping or when your high. No idea why, but tobacco is the shit on shrooms.

I think that's the psychological addiction right there for the smoker. The smoker enjoys the occasional amazing cigarette when he feels right. The rest of the time, he is simply trying to derive the same feeling but with no success.

Is that why I thought I was dying when I quit heroin???? You obviously have never been a frequent Coke or Heroin user. I was addicted to both and am no longer dependent. Not because of changing the way I thought, but by seeking professional help aka medication and therapy (LSD for me :grin:

They are literally the worst thing in the world to experience. I do not exaggerate this. If I had a gun I wouldn't be typing this today. The w/d alone was enough to make me quit. I was sick of being deathly sick any time I ran out of money or didn't have a hookup. So one day I just said this HAS to end or my life will simply revolve around not even getting high, but getting "un-sick" so that I could function. W/out the drugs I would be in bed the whole day. You obviously have not experienced this type of lifestyle, where everyday you just want to stop being sick, so you use, and THEN can do normal everyday activities. It only ends up making you feel what you used to consider "normal" in the end. Life was a fight just to function on an every day basis.
