Meditation.

It :feelsgoodman:

It's really enlightening and quite psychedelic.

I love meditation. It's truly awesome. :levitate:

When you get it right, it's just like whoa.

FB and DH, it is not very hard. All you need to is truly relax and just be. Go with it. There is no specific state you are supposed to achieve. You just need to exist with/beyond your thought.

Just set aside an hour or two, get in a comfortable position, close your eyes, relax. Have no thought. Tense your muscles then relax them to the fullest extent. Breathe deep. Be a vessle for breath. You can use drugs (cannabis, low or high doses of psychedelics) to aid meditation. Count up to seven in your head or keep repeating a mantra verbally or in your head if you have trouble keeping a clear head. You can also choose to meditate on certain subjects and think about them in a new way. Or image yourself as the universe and all existence, cause you are, and see how it is all together in oneness. Be. Simply be.

:hug::levitate:
Good luck! If I can do it, you can too! Read up more on it!

PS: you know your consciousness better than I do, but some cannabis or psychedelic can help. Chewing a little bit of salvia can help, or a lot, or using a full blown high dose, or jut a little dose, of any psychedelic.

It's something to work on and evolve I am still very amature at it and do not do it that often but want to do it more. It is very good for your mind/body.

Alan Watts has an audio book out called "still the mind" that's a great introduction to meditation

Meditating always just makes me want to enhance it by getting fucked up and tripping balls. :shrug:

Meditate, medicate... I don't think it's any coincidence they sound so similar.

you can meditate anytime any place.. it is simply just being, doing the task you are meant to be doing with no other thoughts and complete honesty. if you do have other thoughts dont become attached to them, kinda let them float in and out your head

:yesnod:

But to get to that state one must practice meditating for a while first.

As stated earlier it is really very easy to do once you learn how.

Kinda like riding a bike :shrug:

Once you understand how to meditate, then you can begin trying to maintain that state throughout your day

i agree with what you said about being able to meditate anywhere, which is pretty easy just clearing your mind but you can't get into a full on deep meditation very easy while walking around with your eyes open.

I just hate when people bring in the holier than thou attitude because they 'meditate'.  Meditation doesn't make someone intelligent, although that's what a lot of people seem to think when someone tells them that they meditate.  "oh, you meditate?  Wow, you must be really smart."

Last time I meditated I saw a very interesting visual.
It looked like this spiral, except it wasn't in space or anything.

It was the shape of this spiral more dimensional and the spirals gradually came out more. It was kind of like you could see both sides of the spiral.
[url=http://images.clipartof.com/thumbnails/45886-Royalty-Free-RF-Clipart-Illustration-Of-A-Background-Of-Black-And-White-Checkers-Being-Sucked-Down-Into-[/url]
It was also kind of like this. Except for the background and for the spiral there was a bunch of alternating subtle colors and the whole hallucination was subtle.
Also there were more rectangles and they were longer. The rectangles made up the spiral. It was like the hallucination would appear and disappear and reappear like a heart beating or brain waves alternating.

Meditated high on several occasions.

I posted a tek to my meditation in my journal.

Nothing special, but it was very helpful to me at the time
