evolution doesn't just exist in our past. Your cannabis plants wont start producing the traits of a rose because it's not being forced to incorporate that into its own growth, life cycle after life cycle. The hybridization of cannabis is proof enough that evolution is real. I think the point you are getting at is the origin of life, rather than the day-to-day of the concept of evolution. ??

like i said, just my personal experience. everything bad that happens is for a reason and a learning experience. i think that if you have only ever had wonderful things happen to you, you would not be able to truly appreciate the good things that happen to you. i believe that God doesn't like seeing us in pain and seeing bad things happen, but he understands more then we can possibly imagine and he sees the good that will come out of that experience down the road.
