North lights and Blue Mystic dwc hydro

I put these plants into flowering the 27th. They seem to have recovered greatly from the stupid mishap with spraying home made spider mite repellent. They didn't have spider mites just fyi... Was just some white stuff from the laundry softener sheet I put on the end of my air filter.
It's my first grow. I know the center one could use some pruning but I don't know what to cut.
P.S. check out how thick those stalks are on the clones. I didn't know I needed to adjust ph on rockwool cubes so they didn't really root but actually just grew real thick until I realized I needed to fix the ph.
Having some trouble with my pictures for some unknown reason. I uploaded them the same way I have forever.

Looks pretty good from what I can see.

Have you grown Blue Mystic before? I was thinking about picking up some seeds.

Nope. Like I said this is my first grow. The blue is in the second picture and I'm trying to get the issue resolved so that you can actually see it. The northern lights don't have much of a smell but the blue mystic already had a nice skunky smell before I even flowered it. It seems to stay a little shorter than the NL but it's a very nice looking plant. I hope these don't get too tall because I'm not sure how much higher I can raise this light so they don't burn. I've got a inline fan hooked up on top. But I think I'm doing pretty good for a first timer lol.

Yeah their looking really good for your first grow. The Northern Light probably won't smell too much in thru flower.

I got some more pictures now and I moved the clones into a new little cloning bubbler. The clones now have actual nutrient solution to grow in. Forgot I had 8 clones and not 7 lol. I guess I'll have to make another hole or move one to a bucket.

So it was real strong smelling or just smelled bad? The most I smell from it is up close and it smells herby- not cannabis herb but actual herbs.

If you can smell it you should run a filter. I loved living outside of the city I could grow cannabis on my balcony,on my deck, and fill my basement up with plants and no one would be the wiser.

I've got a 4 inch canfan filter running and I don't smell anything. I also put one of those fabric softener things on it so it smells like a laundromat lol.

On the canfan filter? I think that would just make the filter absorb the fabric softener odours making your charcoal not last as long. I'd personally be concerned of other possibly suspicious odours. When I researched using ona gels and vaportek products I found out they can be a security risk due to them producing non cannabis yet still suspicious odours such as the hospital clean smell. I'm settling on Ozone + additional charcoal filters as a safety net.
Basically if you can smell the fabric softener in the exhaust air of your can filter setup I'd suspect it's not working properly. Keep in mind the "professional" can filters are rated for absorbing 99%-99.5% of airborne odours, in reality this could be less as this isn't a guarantee.

It generally only smells like laundry the first day or less so I change them often. It's more of just a nice smell for me. It smells like nothing in the room after a while but I just like the smell of those laundry sheets so I change them every couple of days. Thanks though for looking out.
