 How do I fertilize just one bud with male pollen? (PICS)

Please dont tell me to search because ive been searching forever and cant find shit.
The question: How do you take harvested male pollen and only fertilize one bud off a female to just get one nug full of seeds, and leave the rest of the female to be "sensimeelias".
If any one could be nice enough to post a link or give some info it would be greatly appreciated, im almost 4 weeks into my first grow and even though its only one plant she (hopefully a she) looks beautiful and healthy.

I know its possible I was looking for in-depth info and possibly a tutorial though.
Ive been looking everywhere and cant find anything, even if no one wants to help or post a link im still going to be uploading what the plant looks like some time later tonight.
Thanks for the smartass answer though.

alright heres what your gonna want to do bud. Take a bag filled with pollen and carefully put it only on the one bud u want to pollenate. Be careful not to let any get out onto any other buds. Take the bag off, and take a small paint brush and brush the pollen onto the nug. once you have gotten all the bud covered in pollen mist it off with a spray bottle, or just rinse it off so you wont get pollen on any other buds. (tahts the most important part, obviously.)I would do this on one of the lowest buds too, because gravity will take any pollen that falls out down and you dont want it to fall on other nugs.
and thats how its done.

let me be a little more specific too, when you put the bag on the bud tighten your fingers around the opening of it so none gets out, and just try to get enough pollen onto the bud. u dont need like a giant heaping mound or anything like that.

This is close to how its done, but not quite (its redundant). Don't risk the process of putting a bag full of pollen on your plant. All you need is the pollen in its own container; into the container you brush the watercolor brush to pick up the pollen, and then brush it onto the cola you want to pollinate. The misting is a good idea too since the water will neutralize any loose pollen left over.
