I have three friends in the hospital right now, one already released (now in jail...) one more probably going to be in jail after he gets out of the ER, and two that are badly cut up and bruised with broken bones and internal bleeding
And just three days before another friend of mine wrecked really bad and is probably going to jail for the remainder of his probation which could be a year
so please, drive reasonable speeds, buckle up, and just be safe my fellow growerites

will do! safety is always my first priority. especially when driving. People are so dumb on the road. that sucks about your friends though. Are they going to jail because they were driving under the influence or were they running from the cops after a robbery or something?

Hey man, they are just lucky to be alive, my mom's friends wrecked at 50mph last summer and the husband died and the wife was in the hospital for like 4 months. They were wearing their seatbelts too.
Jail isn't too bad, at least you can still see the sunrise

actually though my local jail has no windows and all you can see is mexicans and crackheads and mexican crackheads all trying to bum change off you, like they have something they need to buy for 50c in jail...

Car crashes suck 
A month or so ago, my auntie was driving with her husband on a thin road with no overtaking lines .etc
Someone coming the other way decided to overtake on a blind hill and hit my aunties car. The fucked thing is that he's done it before. Everyone walked away from it but her 
A week earlier I was thinking while driving how all these poles on the side of the road and cars on the other side are about 1 or 2m away from you. You are 1-2m away from death while driving.

I drive pretty cautiously, I try not to give them any reason to pull me over, plus if my stupidity caused someone else pain or death it would mess me up even more than I already am

Yeah, driving is something I take very seriously. Never speed, drive drunk and I always follow the speed limit... It's pretty scary with all these fuckin kids driving around like dumbasses.
I hate riding with my friends because they are so fuckin stupid when they drive, any time we go anywhere I drive.
When we go to parties, I don't drink so I can drive them home. Eh, it kinda sucks but it's nice knowing you might have prevented some serious accidents.

I love seeing all the responsible drivers on here, I salute you all, it just is not worth the trouble or heart ache if something goes wrong or someone gets hurt. You all have a happy 4th and safe one

Hope they make it. That car looks bad. Lucky to be alive.
On another note. The cops in my town are pulling over cars for any violation. Making that out of town money.
Come here on vacation, leave on probation.

the human body can surprise you some times on what it can take and pull through, never give up hope because it is not over till it is over. I will keep them in my thoughts and hope for the best, sending out good and healing vibes to them and you. I also know that even the best drivers in the world can not control the others on the road. I always tell my friends it is not my driving I worry about it is the assholes on the road you have to watch for.

I got hit by a car going 28mph my freshman year of highschool. I crushed two vertabre and got some serious nerve damage but that was it. The docs said I should have broken my legs and my back because the guy hit me and then I flew into a parked car.

I hope your friends make a full recovery. Hang in there you 2!
Car crashes are never fun, even you are just observing one from a distance. Always scary.
So, what happened? Why did your friend crash? What was the situation? At night, I suppose?
I know, from experience, this last 4th of July, I saw A LOT of subtle drunk driving by watching cars slightly sweving,left and right, on the roads here.
Pretty scary stuff. Drinking and driving is never a good idea.
So, like Nobody said, with a very important and smart-thinking advice....

And I wanted to add one more: Don't do injest psychoactive chemicals (like Alcohol) then drive! Always drive, then do them, then Don't drive til your completely sobers. Thank you.
