You're the expert of music and standup comedy, with the ability to label a persons tastes as akin to that of a teenager just by knowing 1 band and comedian they like. You listened to Tool albums when you were 12-14 and tripped bawls after you finished your geometry homework and listened to them but then one day you listened to good bands like ZZtop and Radiohead which made you realize how shitty Tool is, and ceased listening to them because your fully developed 14 year old brain with veteran levels of experience and knowledge of music and psychedelic drugs was convinced of their shittiness with no need to ever see them live or trip and listen to them ever again. Then one time years later you listened to half of "lateralas" one random day and your then hyper-advanced brain quickly dismissed the band and all of their work as generic and cliche.
The sad thing is I am a huge fan of classic rock and enjoy all those same bands/comedians. I never said that Tool was my favorite band either at any point in this thread, they are up there though. I listen to Classic Rock probably 90% of the time. I'm done for the night, it's time to pass out (3:30am here). Other people should start waking up eventually and begin ripping on you and the torch will be passe, for saying ZZtop and Radiohead are better bands than Tool, and that Tool "blows" because they are "generic" and "cliche".
Quote: Don King said: From what I just heard, him and Rogan both expressed that DMT was released when you die. That's something that came from Mckenna's book, but there's no data out there that proves this to be true.
