Is anyone in the forums using a hygrometer in there curing/storage jars like so many of the newer growers are into on Icmag?
I know it's not necessary, I think Coda's post above is the perfect set of instructions, and I've cured successfully before, but I am definately interested to know if anyone here is using these during curing.

I've considered it. I read a great thread on curing somewhere (I'll have to dig it up) where the guy used a small hygrometer in each of his quart jars as a way to aid in getting the right amount of moisture for curing.
If I can find the hygromters I'll most likely be trying that method out with a jar next grow to see what happens. Personally I think it's an awesome idea if it works as well as claimed.

Exactly. And what Iam interested in specifically is knowing/monitoring exactly when I can leave the quart jar lid closed and stop opening it daily.

Yeah, that one. And they swear up and down that that specific model they reference tends to be accurate. ~P~
