 hello i want to start my first grow but was wondering the best soil brand?

hello like i said i am new to the growery and really really want to start my first grow! i did some research about soils and lighting and i know what kind of hid lighting i am going to buy offline but i was just wondering if anyone knew of any good brands of soil i can buy already in the bag and just add a few things to it??? i read about making your own but i only have a few of the items need around where i live so if any1 can just give some ideas of brands that i can get would be great! oh and i heard fuck miracle grow i heard several times in forums!! lol thanks again my freinds in the growery!!!

i wish i had a hydro store around me! lol i think the closest 1 is over 3 hours away lol i live in the staight country with nothing around!! lol but do i just use that and that only maybe with some perlite or do i have to add anyother soil or bone meal or anything like that??? thanks sooo much for your help!!!

black gold? is that ocean forest?? and i actually found ocean forest potting soil and been hearing amazing things about it! did you guys every use it personally?? and when you say organic you mean like worm castings?? thanks again for your help ... oh and also can you tell me what kind/brand of nutrients you guys personally like to use to feed your plants? thanks again everyone!!!!

ff thats fox farm right lol sorry like i said im new i did a good amount of research and thats why i would like to use ocean forest and im gettin a 600 watt set up with both bulbs and a 4x4 grow tent and im goin to hook up duct work...im planing on the works!! but i just wanted what what pros on the growery like to use as soil lol thanks alot and keep it coming guys!!!! your the best!!! and does it really matter if i add a little perlite or best straighta outta bag?? thanks again!!

im going to be doing about 4 or 5 plants i think ...thatd probly be good for a 4 foot by 4 foot area right??? and i really dont mind watering them at all so thats not a problem...so i think ill get the fox farm ocean forest and add like 20% perlite think im on the right path here my freind? lol

ooohh thanks i didnt know that! is that the finer stuff shinks and the bigger stuff floats?? and thanks soo much guys i appraite it ...i got some good seeds but dont wanna spend the cash for the nicer ones till i get the hang of this and i have 1 more question i am planing on getting a 600 watt system for bothing flowering and veg to start and geting a 4x4 grow tent does everyone think this would be good for 4 or 5 plants??? thanks again every1!

thanks buddy! i just figured i didnt wanna spend like 50 or 70 dollers on some high quality seeds for my first grow lol and i wanna get the hang out spoting males and all that ya know..just wanna get in the flow ya know! but thanks buddy so 600 watt would deff be enough for a 4x4 grow space? even if i have like 7 or 8 plants in it??

and with the 50 watt thing you think i can add a few more plants in my 4x4 grow tent with my 600 light system?? if so what do you think? i know i am asking alot but i really would like to know what you pros that done this for awhile would recommend for that amount of grow space in a grow tent with the 600 watt light system lol i would like to fit as many as possible! lol

i was going to put a few cfl's around the sides also with a floresent or 2 and the cfls have a output of about 3000 lumens...i know thats not great but figured it would help for around the sides of the tent and i think the light i am geting is going to be 18 inch long and 15 in wide and air cooled with the duct and fans and everything
