I just found this and thoguht id post it here....
Quote:
Sex & Nudity
2 female 1 male actor are shown mostly naked through a large portion of the film. Breasts are visible, hip area is covered.
The doctor is shown swimming a pool naked, only his buttocks are shown.
Violence & Gore
One man is killed through lethal injection.
A girl rips an IV from her forearm and the results are very bloody.
A man bites the doctor on the leg and blood is shown. The doctor then kicks the man in the face a few times and blood comes out of his nose.
A man is stabbed in the foot and leg, then has a piece of his throat ripped off by biting.
A man kills himself by slitting his throat with a piece of glass. A lot of blood flows out.
One man is found floating in water with blood around him.
One man is shot in the forehead, another is shot in the chest and falls in the water to die.
The mouths of 2 persons are surgically connected to the rectum of another person. The surgery is shown and very graphic.
Profanity
Intense swearing on multiple occasions.
Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking
Two girls are unknowingly drugged with date rape drug.
Frightening/Intense Scenes
Several people are abducted to be unwilling participants in an horrific and life threatening medical experiment of an insane doctor. Their mouths are surgically connected to the rectums of another person to create an artificial "siamese triplet" with a single gastric system.
The doctor stalks a girl in the beginning for trying to run away from the surgery. He corners her twice and threatens to tranquilize her.
Very intense expression of fear and horror throughout the film.
Many viewers will find the film to be very gruesome and disturbing.

Just watched it and I gotta say, it wasn't all that gruesome I was actually beyond disappointed in this movie. Considering roger ebert refused to rate the movie. He said “I am required to award stars to movies I review. This time, I refuse to do it. The star rating system is unsuited to this film. Is the movie good? Is it bad? Does it matter? It is what it is and occupies a world where the stars don’t shine."
Now damnit, I could see more gore in my cellar if I wanted to. I liked the overall idea of the movie but it was just carried out in the wrong way. I was expecting much more, and didnt get it.
