15 Sexy Bushes

Each picture is a separate plant, they've been outside 4+ weeks and have 100 more days of veg before they flower. Muahhahah. I'm tired from digging so damn much lately.
I'll start with the small plants...
Clones of Bubba Kush x Super Skunk and Hindu x Master Kush (11/2'-21/2' tall).
And now the big ones. Aurora Indica, AK-48, and a very large BK x SS clone (1st pic). They are all over 2-3 feet already.
G13 Haze x Mango
Dug a 3'x3'x2' deep hole for ONE plant. Hauling and mixing the rest of that hole tomorrow.

Looks killer the plants should be huge.

Thanks man, Can't wait to see how the 2 huge g13 haze x mango plants do. The indica leaning pheno which is huge BTW is going into that massive hole.
I buy a custom soil mix from a local nursery, which is mostly compost, some sand, topsoil, and a little peat.
I added peat moss, about 1/4, and quite a bit of perlite to each hole. I've been using some of the holes for 4 years and they only get better with age I swear.
Also, I started the seed plants in late Jan/early Feb, and took the clones around the same time. I vegged them under 300 watts until they were too large for my box then transferred to lucid's 400w HPS to veg until they were put outside, about 5 weeks ago. We had 3 weeks of clouds so all the growth was basically achieved in 1 week. I can't wait to see them in september.

Can't believe how bushy they are! Is that from a Tek you've used? or is that just how clones tend to grow?

Well, I think you are right, I've noticed that the clones seem to branch out at an earlier age than seed plants, but it's also dependent on how much light you give them during veg. The largest ones were vegged under a 400w HPS and I've never seen any bushing like that before. I'm going to say it's probably a combination of Genetics, high wattage, and using clones. The seed plants are bushy, but not round like the clone plants.
Thank you man! I got most my inspiration from watching grows Down Under and in Cali.

That's music to my ears, I'm going to start up my first indoor grow this season with a 400W HPS and I'm looking for some short fat bushes for my first attempt.
I actually just found your last indoor log and feel like a fucking tool for not being aware of its existence prior to this hahahaha.
'Scuse me while I read up on your majestic bud growing!

I didn't know cannabis could do that... I mean, I've seen pictures of tall, lanky sativas but that plant looks like some kind of ultra-dense shrub on steroids. I'm trying to imagine a six foot tall marijuana hedgerow maze. ..."I'm lost and I don't wanna be found!"

That would be amazing! Since my plants are almost all Indicas, I don't think I'll get quite the size of plants like that, but a couple of the clones have a little sativa in them so I'm expecting those to get massive.
Choosing your plot is equally, if not even more important than growing the plants. I happen to know of some locations where there are East-West openings in the canopy allowing for up to 10 hours of direct sunlight every day. It makes a huge difference.

Ya I sacrificed my indoor crop so we could get lbs in the fall, all The Aurora indica, ak-48, and one of the g13 haze are my contribution from my 400hps grow room. Thanks for all the awesome feedback!

Thanks FBD. I feel really comfortable with most of the plots. Most of them are time tested and proven great, reliable locations... I cannot wait to go see some of them tomorrow when I go dig another 10 holes. My seedlings took a turn for the worse after 1/2 of my veg lighting died and I didn't notice for 2 days. I gave them a little dose of nutrients and replaced the light and they already perked up and started re-greening. I don't even really need any of these but why not ya know? The 15 alone will be plenty, then add ~20 more, but much smaller and it still adds up to a lb or two... Me so essscited

Hell yeah
I mean, those seedlings aren't gonna make or break the whole thing, but losing a plant does suck. But like you said, why not? Whatever you can get going, do it now, it'll be that much bigger at the end.
