Slow down bro. What is your light setup? Are you doing hydro or soil? We need some details is we are going to help you out. Why are your holes arranged that way? What holes are you asking about cutting? What strain?

Light is definitely good for vegging, I'd consider upgrading to a HPS when you can.

Well The Leaflets Appear To Be Stuck Together At The Tips This Leads Me To Belive At Some Point Early In Germination The Leaflet Tips Were Burnt Slightly Thus Never Comeing Apart Although It Could Just Be Seed Material Not Positive But It Seems To Be Just The Slightest Burn
