It isnt possible to have too much light on seedlings is it, not talking photoperiods, but the actual amount of light?

Too much heat yes! Too much light, not really considering in nature they grow under the biggest hps lamp in our solar system... The Sun.

i just germed eight plants from bag... and everybody sais to have it in a little small green house for some time. The only sprout that i put outside and got blasted by the sun is looking nice. only after two days that it sprouted.

There's no need for a "small little green house". Cannabis hasn't evolved growing naturally in small little greenhouses.

jiffy pellets are 
the greenhouse can get you in trouble if you leave the seedlings in too long, but ime that extra humidity really helps those little buggers sprout...
and within a day or two they should be touching the top of it where you can take the lid off and introduce them to real light. or outdoor conditions

yes i have learned this the hard way! dont leave em in too long, be on top of shit if your going to sew them in the green crib or your fucked. Id start with bag seed if i could do it over again.
