When using this, how long until the nutes are used up and need to be added? I know some soils feed for x amount of time. How long will this feed them?
Also, If I used this http://htgsupply.com/viewproduct.asp?productID=53038 I could use nutes immediately right? I assume that mix doesnt have nutes, just the Mycorise.

ProMix you can feed immediately.
As for the FoxFarm it depends on the strain, some strains take longer than others to use up nutrients. I think I'd wait to see my plants getting hungry (early symptoms of nutrient def.) then add nutrients.

Exactly, except I start adding supplements like Liquid Karma and Silica blast immediately.
Also it's going to depend on the size of container your using in relation to the size of your plant. Smaller the container and larger the plant, the faster your plants are going to be using the nutrients up faster.

Now what if I was ready to flower but the soil still contained alot of nitrogen. Could I "flush" the pot to help get rid of nutrients to switch over to flowering nutes?

I wouldn't. A lot of people load up there plants with nitrogen before switching into flowering anyways. It prepares them for the stretch they go through during the first 2 weeks.
I would just continue as is and start using 1/4 strength flowering nutes in the beginning.
I usually start out with 3/4 veg nutes and 1/4 flower nutes, and slowly transition over through the flowering period.
