First Grow, Couple Questions

Hello
East coast USA, plants in the ground spaced very far away from one another (really not within the proximity at all)
Big Bud, AK47, White Widow, etc..
Soil mixture with peat moss, bone meal, blood meal, chicken manure, perlite
What is a realistic yield to expect from just one of these plants? After they are dried and cured, ready to smoke etc..
I understand there are many variables in yield but if any east coast USAers have tried similar strains under similar circumstances your average yield would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

you can at least expect a quater pound to a pound, but not limit to..
meaning you can get 2-3 pounds, but more realisticly since you wont be tending to these daily im guessing expect it to be less...
i would say a half pound to pound per plant

Thanks!
I always wondered, when a seedbank says that a plant will produce 400-500gr per plant, do they mean just the dried and smokeable bud, or the dried bud that is still on the plant stems?
