we have rules about ratings somewhere that i don't know about?
if not well i think it's time we should make some, now that mods are able to alter ratings.
feels kinda strange deleting a rating without any "rule" to back it up...

oh, wow... i just went to check the shroomery... i'm guessing you guys have enough to deal with over there with this issue so whatever happens will probably be reflected here.
just for the record i completely support this change... its about freaking time that people will not be able to troll others with the ratings.
