 Can't un-ignore mods

Can't put a mod on your ignore list, but
if they become a mod while on the list, there's no way to remove them.
Either auto-un-ignore all mods upon modding, or leave the un-ignore link in their profile.

This problem should be fixed. While it turned out to be a bit too much trouble to automatically un-ignore a member who becomes a mod, you should now be able to take that action yourself.
